Exercise: Cardio, TaiJi, Qigong, and Yoga
Exercise is one of the best things patients can do to improve their Fertility Potential.
It helps to balance and regulate the systems of the body in a variety of ways. There are many forms of QiGong that have different intentions to improve martial arts ability, healing the mind, healing the body,

TaiJi

     This type of exercise is a form of QiGong. There are hundreds of types and styles of Qigong exercise. There are also several styles of TaiJi that have been developed by different families in China. TaiJi exercise offers al the same benefits of QiGong exercise plus the added incorporation of martial arts techniques which can be used to defend yourself from an attacker. Yoga

     Yoga was originally developed in India. It is also a form of QiGong in the sense that it helps to improve one's energy and it is also something that has to be practiced over a long period of time in order to master. Also like QiGong, there are many different styles of Yoga that have been developed over time. Each type offers different nuances of reflection on mastering one's own energy, physical body, and even the mind.
